Current Classes
All levels of ability are welcome to join as classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced students. We offer slow paced and non-competitive Yoga with each session being 1.5 hrs in duration. Each class includes postures to gently stretch and strengthen the body, breathing techniques (Pranayama) to harmonize the vital energy and Yoga Nidra or an alternative meditation practice to calm the mind.
